Default The Snowstorm Of 2010, and You.

Anyone get hit bad? In Latrobe, PA, we got about 2 feet since last night. Looks my my chances of racing In Cleveland tomorrow are slim!

Wowzers. Hope everyone is nice and bundled. Its weird, its been an especially very mild winter here in Seattle. Heck, today, we kept the front door open for a bit since it was near/at 60.

Richmond, Va.

We got a foot just before Christmas. Then another foot last weekend and now another 8-10 inches on top of that. I'm surprised we didn't get more with DC just up the road from us.

They pushed the panic button up here. All kinds of dire predictions, all depending on how far north the storm comes.

What we get? Zip, zero, zilch, nada!

Staten Island got 6 inches, the rest of New York nothing.

That looks bad

Nothing beats the temperatures I experienced in Belarus whilst I was out there though to see my wifes family.... -25DegC!!!!

Even breathing through your nose you could feel your nose hair icing up!

Some people think im nuts only racing indoors in the winter, I don't get any joy from racing in the cold, or having no grip...

Oh, then theres rain and snow to add to that sometimes too....

Wow, I guess I'm the lucky one having only gotten 6 or 7 inches here in Ohio. It figures, I leave the state of Md, and you guiys get hammered with snow.

Meh, its all relitive to what your area is used to. I grew up in the mountains of Colorado, and storms like that were commonplace. Buisness just went on pretty much as usual. Many a day in the winter I'd be riding a snowmobile to high school when we couldn't dig the garage out in the morning.

Here in Oklahoma we got a mild ice storm followed by 6 inches or so of snow a couple weeks ago. The entire area was paralyzed for DAYS. Some schools were closed down for over a week!
