Default Post the worst r/c vehicle you have ever owned

I have owned and still own many r/c vehicles being a collector but the worst vehicle I have ever owned has to be first release of the HPI nitro MT stadium truck.Everytime I took the truck out something would break or the engine would'nt run consistent.The smallest jump broke the arms on it every time,the tires were like slicks on dirt and I nor the LHS could ever get the engine to run right.I sold it a week later.OH!! Be sure to post why it sucks or sucked so badly

all mine have been pretty good, but my E10 was worst. it worked fine with silver cans, but with a 19t motor it just chewed everything up.

The worst r/c vehicles that I have ever owned were the pieces of crap from Radio Shack. My parents bought me one when I was about 12 and I went to jump it over a speed bump and when it landed, the whole rear axle assembly broke off. And the speed bump was not a big one.

Oh wait....does that include airborn vehicles?
e-flight Blade cp. Probably not the crappiest heli on the market, but as far as the mainsteam US market, it wins the golden turd.

I've had the worst problems with ANYTHING Duratrax (AKA Duracrap). They've lost my respect, i will never think about buying anything from them again.

I find it so strange that allot of people hate duratrax but me lol.I have never had issues with anything from them,lucky maybe? I have an ICE,best charger I ever owned.I had an evader st and I actually miss it and I had a vendetta that was bad ass brushless but not enough ground clearance for the bashing I do.

I don't hate duratrax. In fact I use a duratrax temp gun all the time. But as far as the warhead goes, I'm just gonna cut and paste what I posted on another thread here;

"They're sellin them cheap for a reason. The bright side is, without EXTREME mods to the motor we weren't able to get the thing to move fast enough to break anything. But once we modded the snot out of the super tigre .27 (and i mean the SNOT!!! stuff you haven't heard of yet), we broke every part on the truck. No literally. I'm serious. I have nothing good whatsoever to say about this truck."

Ok, so here's a short list of "why";

Their "Stress-Tech" plastic parts are a joke. We broke every single plastic part on this truck. If an end-user was to pay to ship each part back to duratrax as they broke them (one or two at a time), the cost would be staggering.
The motor is junk in every respect, from materials to design.
The trucks are very heavy.
The transmission stopped working twice due to the sub-standard metals used. And would've probably stopped working again if we hadn't shelved the trucks.
Multiple differentials stripped due to sub-standard materials.
Poor quality materials used for the dogbone/driveshaft cross pins.
Poor quality steering servo.
Poorly thought-out steering geometry.
Multiple servo horns stripped.
We even broke the wheels that came on the trucks. All of them.

The list goes on, but I don't want to keep telling everyone what most already know. I work for an Aerospace Engineering company that also has a small R&D/design-manufacturing department for various clients. Some of them are in the rc related industry. The fact is, it is sometimes part of our job here to bash the vehicles and find their weak spots. Then, see if we can find a marketable solution. So, obviously we don't baby them. Of the vehicles we've gone through, these had the most weak spots of any I can remember. The shocks were the only item we did not have a problem with.

The good news is they're cheap!

I'm not trying to offend here, this is just the experience we had.
