i hear ya...the CC can be a killer this time of the year...we didnt use any either, and spent around $3000, but im very happy with the way Christmas went down this year...minus a lil scuffle the wife and i had, but thats gonna happen some times...

Split between my brother & I: Xbox 360, Rockband, and Guitar Hero 3. I got a Samsung YP-T9, he got a portable dvd player. Between my whole family, we got a little airhockey table.

Santa was good this year. My 4yr old received:
PSP with 8 movies and 7 games
RC Car video game for the computer(uses the VRC controler..cool!)
6 games for the PS3
Sharp Aquos 32" TV for PS3
AirHogs mini rc helicopter (this is a cool toy, I got one too!)

And to his suprize, we built a video gaming room in the house....not totaly finnished, but 20smoke willl help me with finishing it
