Default pay pal ?'s

ok I used to have a personal pp acct, i sold some things on ebay, and some plp paid with a credit card funded pp acct, so i accept payment, and i get bumped up to a (preimer acct) big deal i want my personal acct back, because now when ever someone pays me for an e bay auction item, pp charges a fee, nice. so i called pp ,had them switch my acct back to a personal acct. fine they did, than another buyer pays me with a cc, so again im back to a preimer acct. called pp again, they said we can not down grade your acct, you must accept all payments, and you must stay a preimer acct member. and i even listed in my auction no cc funded pp payments,(some plp never read your agrement's ) so now i list in my auction's that if you pay with a pp acct add 4% to the sale price. now what can i do if the buyer doesn't add 4 %. hold his item? what do you plp do, how do you plp run your auctions? thanx

Set the price to cover and give a discount for the payment that works best for you. Peeps read when they are getting a discount.
