Raced local level motocross and hair scrambles..........In the middle of july of that year.....me and some guys where down in mississippi at Trace state park.......we were having a warmup weekend of riding the area before the race weekend.........

Back in the woods about 10 miles of nowhere........we all stop for a break

So,in 100 plus temps.....riding gear.......i slip of my helment..........soaking wet with sweat..........

I pulled out my marlboro reds and lit up.............first drag damn near killed my dumb arse............

I'm 47 today and 17 years tobacco free...............

I still have those times.........a drink.......sex.........something ... a meal........you still think ............

Man,i bet that a cig would be good wright now!...................

after watching many friends,Family..etc.....suffer and die from Lung problems........
the treatments for that shiot...........

If you wanna spend $7 dols a day KILLING YOURSELF.........Save it for a year.....send the balance to me......and i will come shoot you in the face.......
you wont suffer near az much!....LOL!!!

Pick up any brank of e cig.........I picked up a Nuvocig. Stay broke. Have enough cash for food and nothing else. Give the cash/card to your g/f, if you ahve a wife, then she allready has it. With staying "broke" and hitting up the e-cig i went from 2 packs a day to just a few cigarettes a day. For the past week, I have had 1 maybe two cigs per day. Looking to the day when i won't need one.

I've smoked for 22 years, have tried cold turkey and failed, tried patches and failed, tried hypnoses and failed plus i felt traumatised for two days ,me and the missus are going to try these pills from the doctor early next year hopefully they will do they trick,a packet of 40 smokes cost $20 here,so the savings will be considerable, let alone the health benefits,

Maybe this will help. A friend of mines uncle had a lung removed because of cancer. He went back and they found out he had cancer in the other. The cancer had also spread to his throat and other places and he was told there was nothing they could do. He's dead now. Does that give you motivation to quit?
