Default STARTER BOX LIPO CONVERSION

Hi all,

Since my 12v gel cell bat seems to not be holding a charge anymore ó Iím wanting to convert my starter box that I use for on-road to use of a 4s lipo and Iím wanting to set it up exactly like Iíve done my off-road box. But, Iím unsure if it can be done since there appears to be more negative terminals on the on-road 550 motors. I donít think the the red marking for positive terminals have worn off / or came off from a wipe cleanÖ I hope someone can confirm this? & hence the yellow ďfixedĒ wire if u will is there itís making me think that I can not do the conversion.

I need instruction on what to do.
I also will want to do a power-switch delete on the box aswell just like the off-road box

So these 550 motors are ok to use with a 14.8v lipo correct? I just wanna make sure the power of the lipo wont blow out these motors?

Okaayy ó why do these 550 motors specify ď12vĒ where as the 775 motors do not? Iím wondering if these motors are not capable of handling 14.8 volts of lipo Ďcause Iíve tried putting different wiring on these motors in the past before and plugging in a 14.8 to it and sparks went flying everywhere when I hit the trigger!!! Being frightened that the battery might blow up Iím lucky I didnít short out the lipo

A female crimp connector, also you could go 3s lipo but you would need to charge it more often, I run 3s in my gas truck box
