Hey, guys. Sorry if this is old news, but did anybody else here follow Dimitar Tilev's fascinating build blog?

In a nutshell, this guy came up with a rig (based on HSP Flying Fish) that uses an accelerometer, a PCB running Arduino (an open-source Robotics OS), and four servos to simulate full scale weight.
To clarify, this does not rely on slow-motion video playback to bring the physics speed down to full scale. Rather, it behaves that way in real time!
