TheTrack is planning on have its first big race of the season on Saturday Oct 15 .. It's going to be a one day event and bring your own motor. We will have all the details posted by Thursday. So make sure your Free OCT 15 2005.. We will have a VIP calling the races.
The layout for this race will be going up soon.. It will be a driver friendly layout everyone should like it.. How about it MD,VA,DC,NC,PA,NJ ?????

Glenn says Carpet Season starts Saturday Nov. 5th.

Doug, there are plenty of motel/hotels around here. Prices vary.. to cheap $30ish and up.

I think track size is close to what KT said. Just a tad smaller.

John, I'll run 12th mod whenever Mike L shows up. Other than that it's Stock or 19t and Mini for me. I just need a 12th scale to run since I sold my RugRat to Jairo. I don't think the Hara car will cut it for Mod carpet. We'll see. I may give it a try. I just gotta find out what parts I took off my car for Jairo's car. Anyways, I keep hearing the rumor of the offroad guys from Inside Line wanting to do 12th scale for the winter. So we'll see if they do or not. I just wanna run Mod 12th!

I will give Mod 1/12th a try. I would rather try and get a 19 turn 1/12th class going. But, either way will run whatever we have to run to have a class.

I have been talking with Jimmy about this. The express race will have big time names, and we don't want a track that makes people not want to come to the race next year. A sweet track and well run race could do wonders for the rep of the wood and Reg 3 racers in general.

Word on the street is that Kapiece(sp?) will come out. I hope Cyrul, Dumas, Blackstock, and Rheinard come so they can give this guy a run for this money.

That's good news Brandon....this past year didn't seem like Rosewood got the crowd on carpet as it did the previous year....hopefully that will change for the better this year!
