Parking Lot Racing in Mooresville, NC
#1

Come on out to Hobbytown in Mooresville, NC for some early fall RC parking lot onroad racing. Here is some information from the Facebook event:
"Track will be open about 9AM, racing starts about 11:30
4 to make a class - bring your VTA, USGT, 21.5TC, World GT, Pro 10, 12th scale, etc
Box stock classes will be tt02, Eurotruck, and Slash. Slash will have small wood jumps!
There will be Novice and Carolina Hotrod (open)
We will be using the former KRP I-Laps optical timing system. These are the same transponders as Turn & Burn. There will be a few to rent at the store. Hopefully they will have some to purchase, as well.
We will be using Live TIme, so you can keep up with the racing, on your phone.
There will be food trucks! There are also multiple restaurants and such within eyeshot.
This is a busy shopping center -- we should get a bit of exposure to the public.
there are power outlets on either side of the store entrance and they are OK with folks pitting in front of the store, on the sidewalk. Please do not block the entrance.
We will have a few generators trackside. If you can bring your own, all the better. If you cannot, don't be afraid to ask for an outlet."
