Ok Folks. Who's ready to do some racing? We are on this Saturday 7/20. Gates will be open at 8ish and track will be ready for practice by 9am with racing starting around 11. If you have it bring it! Let's race. If we get 3 of any class they will run. The track is in great shape. This week we will be treating the road course for traction. Lots's of work has gone into the track by Mike and Vic and lots more is planned to happen to continue to improve our driver's experience. Come out out and let's race.

Even if you don't have a car that can run and are curious come on out. We have spare cars and always welcome folks to experience the fun of KRP.

It was a great race weekend. We had a storm come just close enough by to take the heat off of us for much of the afternoon. We ran VTA and late models. With Matt taking the late models, and Donnie again taking VTA overall. I tried to hold on to Donnie, but just couldn't get my rear end planted enough to turn the lap times. Overall it was a great race. First timer Adam came out and successfully finished his first main event. Thanks to everyone who came out to support the race and we will be back again in 2 weeks. Stay tuned for practice sessions. We may have some evening open track time coming to you soon!!!

Just a quick note for foiks not on facebook. The race is on this Saturday. Track will be open at 8am and ready for practice by 8:30. Racing starts around 11. We will also have the track open Friday afternoon from 3-3:30 till darkish for anyone wanting to practice and get their stuff dialed in before Saturday. Cost for the test and tune is $5. Come on out.. tune it up and race it.

We had a great day at the track with a decent turnout of some old friends coming back. We ended up with 6 in the VTA heats and 3 in the late model. I took the late model main when Rodney's servo broke. Andy held on to the VTA main with Rodney on his tail the entire way and Donnie not too back in 3rd. I was a lap down 4th with Vic and Steve bringing up the back side. Lots of good clean racing with no turn marshals due to lake of extra drivers. We will race again in two weeks. Plan to come on out and have some fun with us!

First time seeing the track. Quite impressed. Great bunch of people. Looking forward to racing onroad again. Was great to see Wade Smith after 25 years or so from our racing days at K & G hobbies in Florida!!
