Default Hobbypro Raceway 90s

Anyone remember the HobbyPro Raceway? I raced once there in the 90s on my way through Edmonton, had a great time and met some great people. Anyone got any pictures?

I've got some that I'll have to scan in. A batch from a weekend race when they first opened (thunder storm and downed power lines) and then some from a regional race if I remember correctly. They're all from off road races, never ran on the carpet.

That's awesome, thank you. I remember we went for pizza after. I think I'd just got my Tekin bc112 charger at the time, maybe a 410k speedo too!

More to come as I get them scanned in. I have some from a race where Jay Halsey & Jack Johnson came up from SoCal and I think Scott Brown and a couple othe NW USA guys were there as well.

I also found some pics from CanTrax and some from a regionals race at the Blasters track in St Albert from '88 I think?

And have a pile from my dads track (ProTrax) in Calgary from '89-'92 ish. And our travels to every track we could find in WA, OR, and California before opening ProTrax in the late '80s.

Dave and I were at their New Year's race after spending Christmas on Vancouver Island. On the way to Edmonton we stopped at Blue River where another foot of snow fell overnight. We left at 6am and were lucky enough to be following a grader. The two final give-aways were a 12quad and a Victor. I got the 12 and RPM, I think, got the Victor. Lots of fun.
