On behalf of Over Geared Racing, we are proud and excited to be partnered up with VMAR this winter season.
We have found their attitude towards RC Racing in the lower mainland to be similar to our own and with alot of fresh ideas making this the natural progression.
Together we have lots of creative thinking that we hope will keep the rc racing community vibrant and growing.

Nov. 6 will be the ground breaking day so let's all get those cars ready for the start of 2006 Winter Season!

Fun come first!

Thanks Ramil - The feeling is totally mutual. We're looking forward to teaming up with all of the racing gurus from Over Geared.

There's a ton we can learn from you guys, and the season should be totally awesome with both groups kicking in dedication and resources towards great racing.

is it time for a groop hug yet?

JK

Time to get hyped for carpet season.

Just a reminder for everyone to bring your own tables and chairs , extension cords, powerbars, etc............

We will not be using the facilities chairs and tables this year. Nor will we be using the upper area to pit in. We will all be at the track level for pitting..

later,
Jess

Hey guy's Irocc racer here. Just curious if anyone lives near the ferry terminal. would like to head over next weekend. but to take the car would not be worth while. Just curious if someone would be able to pick me up and dropme off.. would pay for your gas. let me know.

Oh yeah. also would anyone have an extra table that I would be able to use.

I would be running touring stock rubber.
and 12 scale. (need to find a 19 turn humm?)

Good racing last weekend for the 1st indoor race hosted by VMAR.

I think we lost a few racers due to that pileup on the Port Mann.

Those that persevered got treated to a fun race.
We need to pick up the 12 scale class. I know there are alot itching to run them.
Sandbagger... I mean stock had the most entry and by the amount of laughter, the most fun.
Nice to see that sportsnam is still going and hopefully grow larger. Remember to use Mabuchi motors by the next race.
Mod is still as competative as always.

See you all next week at the test and tune day.

cyrrus, the best time to come would be the next weekend, Sunday, Nov 20th. That would be our next club date. The first one for OGR at that facility.

The one coming up this sunday is only a test and tune day. Hope this helps,

Jesse

Hey Chris,
Like Nospoom said,,,The most popular classes will be touring stock and I'm hoping that 12scale will pick up.
I will be running stock and 12scale if the turn out is big. If short on time I will run 12scale.

If you need tables let us know and if more of you will be coming. I've got 2 extra tables at home , I can get one of the other guys to bring it up if you need them..

Jesse

it's 19turn locked endbell for 12scale and any stock motor for stock class.

make sure you bring a good extention cord and a power bar. and don't forget chairs.

See you both on the 20th

Jesse

I don't think we have setup a specific rule for what type of on road car that can be ran in the sportsman class. We are however, trying to get this class to run a Mabuchi motor. I would say, bring the car out and run it.
