92' X 36’ Ozite ON FLAT SUBFLOOR!!!!!!! with Clik-Trak Barrier System
AMBrc / RC Scoring Pro
Tables, Chairs and 120V power provided. Bring your own extension cords and a Pit Towel to keep the tables clean please.

1st class: $35
2nd class: $15
3rd class: $10
4th class and more: $5 each (OH YAH!)
Race Fees for Out of Province Racers: $35 first class, $45 (Total) 2 classes up to 8
Touring Stock / Touring Mod Spec Tires Sweep 32's: $30 (Yes you can use ONE set of tires for both classes)

I recommend booking online with the corporate ID code. Last time I checked, it's refundable till the day before actual stay date.
I also recommend the first location as that's the newest one and I hear the continental breakfast was pretty good. Time from track is about 20 minutes.
The last location is the closest to track. 15 minutes maybe? Second location is in between.

6pm – 9pm: Controlled Practice and Registration
9pm - 11pm: Concourse and Driver’s Meeting, Open practice to follow
Saturday, March 28th, 2015
7am – 8:30am: Controlled Practice and Registration
9:00am – 6:30pm: Qualifying Starts (3 Rounds with a resort after Rounds 2 and 3)
6:30pm (approximately): Open Practice
11:00pm: Doors closed
Sunday, March 29th, 2015
7am – 9 am: Controlled Practice
9am: 4th Round Qualifying
12:30 pm (approximately): Mains
4 pm (approximately): Trophy Presentations
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Open odorless traction compound. Examples: SXT, LGC, Niftech
- 50/50 draw and door prizes
- DEDICATED Race Director responsible for entry, computer, tech issues. Larry is back once again to call all the action.
- DEDICATED Tech Director responsible all weekend for making sure cars are up to snuff
Food options at the event (Canteen arrangements made for Friday, Saturday and Sunday!!!)

Thanks guys. We will do the registration on Friday night. I will get the heats mostly setup Friday night and adjust Sat morning as needed.
I only have 3 guys so far that want to run 12 Mod so far... Let me know as I need to order trophies.

Martin: that place is a dive. Plus it's a 15 - 20 min drive from the track (you will get traffic jammed on the corner of Glenmore and macleod). The only thing "positive" about that place is the price, and the HIV of the hookers outside your door.
