Default TSN and TV Coverage

Hello all,

I've done a little research on trying to get someone like TSN to cover RC events.

As a start they have an email used for suggestions on programming and what they cover etc.

So....if they will cover darts then I would hope RC would have a little bit more of a WOW factor.

Let's get active. Start sending emails to [email protected] and let's see if we can get some interest.

I'll follow it up with a promo video taken from the Winternationals. Please post here if you've emailed them so I have an idea on the numbers.

Get active. Make some noise!

What about some of the other networks like TechTV, Outdoor Life, and the Extreme Sports Channel? It might be worth blitzing all of them!

I think the right channel would be speed channel or A-channel.
They usually will do local stuff.

Sounds like TSN has an e-mail address, so let's send THEM an e-mail shall we?

Later;
Cory.

on-road puts you to sleep?
What's boring about an 1/8 scale rc car flying down the straight at 70+ MPH?

I am gonna e-mail Spike TV. I think they would be the best to promote something like this because they will actually make it sound cool and give some balls to the sport/hobby rather than some of the other channels who get into it and make it sound like cheese. I think the point about TV is to make the sport/hobby very appealling to the average couch potato so they actually turn to the channel and watch rather than just skipping through. This could easily mean one more car at the track, and choosing the car could be made interesting as i think it would be cool to bring that win on sunday, sell on monday type attitude to the brand of cars people run.
