Folks,

Everything is set for the 2005 Monster Jam.

1. We need 15 drivers per day (ideally) and 3 to 4 pit people
2. The dates are Feb 11, 12 and 13
3. There is only 1 show per day this year at 7:30 PM Friday and Saturday and 2PM Sunday
4. Racers must pre-sign up
5. They want us there at 5:00 PM Friday, 4PM Saturday; Around noon on Sunday
6. There will be a "pit party" on Saturday 4:30PM - 6:00PM where we can set up our tables and meet the public
7. We wll have a table set up on concourse and we can have a TV/laptop to display videos

Same as last year there will be a fee. The fee is $7 per racer per day. The fee gets you pop, food and one ticket per show for friends/family. All racers get admission to the grandstands. Everyone must pay the fee regardless of if you want pop/food or a ticket.

Great Hobbies has offered to sponsor the racers in return for putting their banner on our tables at the pit party and a GreatHobbies.com sticker ont he side of our ramps. They will provide the fees for the racers and fuel! However - I have to make sure this is okay with the USHRA first - so it is not 100% for sure yet. They will also provide some staff to man the table in the concourse... I'll let everyone know if/when this get finalized.

So - I need people to email me the dates you want to come. It will be first come first serve and I will try and keep things fair - if there are to many people I'll ask some people to only come to 1 or 2 of the days.

We also need to determine the state of the ramp and find out if any work is needed.

Also, My Mach.26 with the HPI Ribbed pipe is REAL loud, is that okay? I like it, but some people (Neighbors *cough*) hate it and wish it was squashed by a car.

Could we bring all of our stuff needed, Like spares, toolboxes, extra tires, gears, tools and have a table for it?

Just so everyone knows we have a limited amount of spots and lots of people that want to attend. Just like last year some people may not be able to do all 3 days. we dont have all the spots filled yet but we get 15 people per show and if 40 people are signed up there will have to be some juggleing done to get people in !! thanks

It would be great if someone can rebuild / build a new 1/4 pipe as last years is TOAST
