Default 2005 Winter Nats Practice Days

Folks,

We need to start organizing around practices in RD. So far two dates have been discussed the 22nd Jan and the 29th (alternatively it could be the Sundays too.)

Each day costs $750.

So - Delmo could either go with a fixed cost (risky since he may not get enough people) or we can take names on here and then divide it up. Ideally everyone will pre-pay via Paypal or MO to Del.

So - can someone in each city get a list of names going for who wants to attend on which dates and post here? We can then total up the headcount and figure out a fee that will cover the costs.

I know of 5 people from Edmonton for the 22nd so far.

Just a thought....

The Lethbridge leg of WCICS is on the weekend of January 21. I realize time is short and events sometimes conflict but wouldn't Dell see a greater turnout if the two didn't coincide? (I realize this is practice and not the race)

John - there will be other days too. Basically anyone with enough people for $750 can get in. I think there will still be enough people that weekend... it won't be too much of a conflict since lot of off road guys don't even run carpet. And since there will be other days I don;t think it will cause people to miss WCICS.

We should look at other dates too if people have suggestions fire away

Confirmed from Edmonton so far:
Me, Steve, Cory D ... I am guessing we'll get 10 easy.

Well to be honest its not for me, These practice days of for you guys. I can run all day long everyday if I want. I would say get it in while you can, the track is only there for a few weeks.

News from Delmo is that he gets the building on the 18th - so trhe 22nd is definately the first day for practice.

I was thinking - how about we add an option practice day tot he race weekend? Make Thursday the 3rd an optional paid practice day?

Default FYI

Just so everyone knows!! i think the least amount you can book with is 15 people that works out to 50 bucks a head with 15 people!!! for 1 days practice thats high but totally doable everyone should keep that in mind. The more people the better a practice day will be . Maybe some calgary boys would be into getting in on the same day I am ok with calgary guys practicing on the same day.. ya even you GARY... hahahaha OK maybe not Gary but everyone else is welcome!! JK hahaha

Sometimes you have to eat carpet to be allowed to play in the dirt too ... seems like a fair trade to me LMAO.
