I've had my HPI since about September, I didn't realy get a chance to play with it much, I only ran like 10 tanks through the engine.

Yeah I was thinking about droping by one day to see you guys in action, too bad I can't play though

What can I do to prevent all the left over fuel from going bad, there's still like 3/4 of a gallon left?

as long as you keep the bottle closed well it should be fine, just remember to shake it up before you pour it in.

Really hoping to get over to King Edward tommorrow (well, at least it's not all the way over by West Ed, but I wish the track could be a little closer)
If I can't could someone investigate TC3 pricing?

Isn't this a week after the Kamloops Tri race? I thought the Regina race was the first weekend in March?

Default TRI-CITY + 2 REGINA 2002 followup

Just a quick followup to my previous posting of REGISTRATION
and INFORMATION for the REGINA race FEB. 22,23,24
WE were unaware that the KAMPLOOPS LEG was a week prior,
perhaps as general information for all concerned a final list
of locations and dates should be posted here and/or sent out
to all individuals involved. I contacted Don Johnston to be
assured there was no conflicts or overlaps in date times.
You were of course correct, we were designated March as
our month. Unfortunately booking the new huge location
forced us to accept a week earlier date rather than the
following week beginning March. IT's booked and locked in.
I guess the decision whether to attend Kamloops and/or Regina
will be a personal choice. We have lots to offer this year a
new 48 x 100 carpet and borders, lots of space and an onsite
cafeteria. Hope to see you all there. R/C nostalgia

Hey Guys, actually my first time on this forum of the thread. I have been doing most of my posts on the Canadian R/C scene. Just read the last post and yes the Kamloops race is on the February 15th, 16th and 17th weekend. We did change the date to a week later quite along time ago but to accomodate you guys in Alberta with your long weekend. Hopefully this still helps you because we are doing lots of prep work and are hopping for a big turn out especially from some of you guys east of B.C. I have just finished the entry form for this event of the Tri-Cities Series. The dates are (for the record) February 15th, 16th and 17th 2002. For more info or a copy of the entry form, please email me at: [email protected]
Hope to see many of you here in Kamloops that Feb weekend.

Hope all of you have a very Merry Christmas and a great New Year!

Default Kamloops Mid-Winter Challenge

Hey Guys.....I checked into Motel prices and the Argus is by far the best deal. Alot of the guys have stayed there over the years and the manager gives us a good deal. $42 for a room with two queen beds for two people. Others in the area, $55 for the same room at "Aberdeen Inn" and $55 at the "Superview Motel". All within 6-8 minutes from the race. Book early to reserve These are just a few that are close and seem to be the normal winter rate. Any questions: [email protected]

Argus Motor Inn (250) 374-6944
Aberdeen Inn 1-800 575-7322
Superview Motel (250) 374-8100

HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL!!!

Associated- good parts supply from hobby direct and hobby wholesale

Yokomo- get from hobby direct, may have to special order inparts.
dont't bother going to wholesale since they don't stock yok parts

Losi- good supply from both stores, though parts for the new xxxs
are hard to come by.

Shumacher - could be special ordered in, may be a long wait.

There is a new hobby store in town, i don't know what they stock.
