9.4 in my TC 17.5 and 8.6 in my WGT.

should I buy a tt01 or hpi sprint 2 as a first rc car ?? I live in richmond and would love to start racing. or are there other good choices out there as well ? As I know things will break and or need upgrading I would rather keep the initial cost as low as possible to allow for later expenses.

its really up to you. It depends if you plan on racing competitively or not. For the price of a new sprint2 rtr you could probably get a decent used Associated TC5 or an XRAY T3, which would be MUCH better in the long run.

dont know about really competitive or anything .... would just like to go out and have some fun and learn to drive well lol. So i dont know what to do really.

I will try running some 17.5 tomorrow! To get ready for IIC

I did 8.8 with my 6.5T few weeks ago
