Default CALLING ALL TROOPS!!!

Long weekend Building BLITZ.

Starting Sat. at 10:00 AM and going hard till dark, with a barbecue at 6:00PM. We will be attacking on all front lines. The goal is to have the track 60% completed by the end of the day. Even if you can only make it for a couple of hours, come out and make your mark on whats turning out to be a beauty! The sooner we get it built the quicker we can all use it.

Sunday and Monday starting at 10:01 AM and going till 9:47 PM.
As you can see only a couple lite days and we should be 80% done!

I will allso be excepting registrations for Club memberships and the big race June 6, our leg of the Western Canadian R/C Off Road Champianship Seriers.

Bring gloves and dress for every thing, remember this is Alberta. Bring your ride and try out the track, we all believe that after an hour of work you deserve a break and a chance to try out a part of the track.

See you there Daryl

Today we ran the water line out from the school and hand bomb a few loads of clay into one of the corners. Boy, does it look good.
We were expecting 2 bobcats out tomorrow and unfortunaly we could only get one. On a good note we have a excellent bobccat operator that will keep us busy.

Chris jordan and I will be there at 9am getting a few things set up before the crew shows up. We should have water running by the afternoon, around the same time the sod should be there.

To everyone thats coming out, dress warm, work safe and dont hurt yourself.

Oh yeah, if you do plan to bring your toys out make sure to check what freq other people are on. Hate to see a runaway happen, It'll be a long run before you see it again

See eveyone tomorrow
Dennis
P.s.
I'm not sure on the exact number of people showing up, so be on the safe side bring a few gardening tools i.e. rake, shovel.

Default "HOLY WIND BATMAN"

It was a bluster of a day.

Great turn out considering the weather but we still managed to get a lot done, thanks to all that helped out. Tomorrow we will be back at it.

Wow, those pictures sure turned out great, I wasn't sure they would because of the overcast skies, but they look great.
I sure am happy about how well the track is coming, it looks spectacular. Thanks go out to all the great helping hands today, those that brough the good food (and cooked the good food), and a really big thanks to Daryl for making this whole thing happen.
I can't wait to get my buggy out there and blast around with the guys.

Thanks to everyone for coming out to play today. Sorry Daryl for stealing some of your labourers for the day. I met some cool guys today and got a look at how fast the 1/8th class is going to be this year. Wow is there some fast guys in Alberta. Looks like I got alot of practicing to do.

Chris, that CMB should be illegal. Wayne you need to slow down completely. Dennis is just to consistant. Steve, well, nevermind. Jordan was haulin with the Storm. I just met Ryan and man is he quick, good thing he crashes as much as me. All I can say is that the BC guys have thier hands full.

Thanks again and I can't wait to come practice up there.
