That phone number you have was keiths old business number. Much more is now located in the USA and sold through great planes. They handle all repaires now from what I know.

If it is a general question I am sure Keith could help you.

Did you not just buy this from frank? He knows how to use it.. You can also try contacting him.

ok... send them to me or call 250-828-2000
9-5 monday - friday

just to clarify my problem...
i DO know how the dyno works, and I understand the differant tests etc.
the ONLY problem is the RPM pick up is odd.

(i took out the grommet) IF i slowly move the motor around over the pickup sensors i can get RPM to read. BUT its very erratic... like 900 to 15000 to 32000 on a 19T all at 5.0volts.

The motor is ON the holder, the dyno is on a flat srface, 40amp 13.8v power supply.

Cool Dyno....

Hey Martin,

What I always did was hold the motor snugly against the opening on the side of the dyno with a little bit of pressure so that it was steady when the motor started to spool up. Then held it very still durring the test and never had an issue. Maybe it is moving around on you when you are doing the test?

Just a suggestion.....

Pm me your address and I will send the pickup sensors to you! Do you want me to ask Frank for the money?
