I wanted to announce that Grande Prairie, AB now has a new RC Track located at the old South Bear Creek go-kart track. We are called the Grande Prairie Model Racers Association. Now if only this snow would go away we can get to racing!!!

Went to the track today to see how things were drying out and if the weather holds we will be good to go for practice on Wednesday!! Need some maintenance on the track though, more rocks have come up and we need to smooth the track to remove foot prints where someone walked thru it when it was just mud.

Today is practice day till 9 pm. Need some people to bring rakes and shovels as we need to erase some of the foot prints and such from the track to make it smooth again. See you all there.

Well, our first official practice day at the track went very well. A lot of guys showed up and also a lot of potentially new members showed up as well. There was some great racing with the stadium trucks! and also lot's of broken parts from those crazy Savage truck drivers!! See you this Saturday for racing!!
