Default tis the season

I think that many people are busy figuring out Christmas details and hopefully have a look after the holidays.

it is a great event guys, its worth coming out to race here in the Interior. Remember that we are on the schedule for the WCORCS in 04 so this indoor event will give you a good chance to see the local competition in action.

Hope to see everyone there...happy holidays to all.

Yes, we could look at that depending on time and how many show up. Any idea of who might be comming up from your neck of the woods. I know, it is a little early.

Not really sure. I think most guys wanted triples last year from down here anyway. I'll talk to the guys at the next club race.

O.K.....Twist my rubber arm. There will now be Triple A Mains for the three Touring Car classes: Touring Stock (Expert), Touring Stock (Sportsman) and Touring Mod. Pro-10 and Novice classes will remain single A Mains.

Hey Brent what's the difference between touring stock sportsman and expert. I see you also have a novie class. Isn't that like having 3 stock class. How about instead of touring stock expert we make it a 19 turn class. It's been a great second class for the mod guys to run and a good class for the stock guys to use to get use to the higher speeds before jumping into mod.

Another question: Is there a motor limit in mod.

Hey Dave,

We have quite a few racers in Stock this year and just like we did at last years event, we break up the Stock class to seperate the faster guys from the slightly slower guys. Therfore, Touring Stock (Expert) and Touring Stock (Sportsman). Similar as to what you are saying, but just in Stock. I take it not as many of you race Stock down there anymore? Besides, this would more than likely only be a class for you guys, due to the fact that everybody here who races 19 Turn, runs them in their Pan Car in our series. This year we moved up to 19T Spec Motors in our Pro-10 Pan Car Series. What a blast but still not quite as fast as Korgae's 9 turn in his 10L in Abby in 2002!

We only have 2 to 4 Novices at this point and they are not ready to move up to Stock yet.

Hope you understand our situation? Anyway, run what you like in Mod. No Motor Limit.

hey guys.

i am going to bring it up at our race on saturday and see if there is any interest. but i think we have a 12th sclae race on that weekend and seeing as most of us only have one set of electronics, i am not sure if poeple will be willing to take all of there stuff out of one car and put it in another. I also am not sure if any one in our club has any experience on carpet with touring. But we will see. I will contact you when i know.

Default where?

Doug Smith

Just wondering where you are from ? Edm? Cal? the Coast? or the Island? Maybe a northern racer??

And do what you can to twist some arms, its always great to have more people out racing. They will like driving TC on carpet...something called traction.
