Thanks Chris, yes in fact I have a feelin that the MT class will be pretty big due to the amount of people in Red Deer that have them. I will get some pics of the facility up as soon as I can so that everyone can see the size of this place. This is going to be a great event and will give people the opportuninty to try thier new toys.

If anyone has questions please feel free to email me at [email protected] or give me a call @ 403-358-2770. Posters will be done soon and preregistration will be encouraged. thanks everyone and we'll see ya'll soon.

Yep, same venue but this year it's in a different building. This year it's in the building to the south, I think a little bigger. Really lookin forward to this.

I am now taking pre registration for this race, feb 21, 22. Please include name, address, phone, at least 2 frequencies, class or classes and type of RC and engine. Entry fee is $40 for both days and I want to try and run a late practice on Saturday night. I know it's a bit more than summer fees but this building aint cheap. So please try to pre reg and I will post more info on Hotels race times etc very soon. Thanks a bunch. Please email pre reg info to [email protected]

Delmo - is second class $15?

Classes are:
1/8 Nitro
1/10 GT
Nitro Monster Truck
1/10 Mod Electric Truck
1/10 Mod Electric Buggy

Correct?

Classes like 4WD electric - if there are enough folks these can probably be added. Delmo - how many to make a class (4 or more?)

I'm gonna try to find a way to get to this one, but we have our annual World of Wheels car show here that weekend. We have a promo that we hold there. With the changes in club structure that we are doing, its going to be hard to get out of it.

$15 for a second class, we'll run 4wd electric if there is more than 4, we'll even throw together a little Mini T track if there are enough of them.

Sorry Gary, I had no idea about W O W. It never fails hey. Anyway I hope you can make it and best of luck with the club.

Sounds good, I'm tryin to get corporate rates at the Travellodge right now and all the other info will be on the posters soon to come. The race is at the Westerner Grounds which is on the south end of the city. Really easy to find. Directions will be on the poster as well as race and practice times. Stay tuned.

no way of changing dates on this one then??

surely it'll hurt numbers at both events to have them on the same weekend?? and I know that World of Wheels is Friday eve, all day Saturday and all day Sunday......
