Has no power wires soldered on. Also the cap wires are rubbed, they have tape on them. $110

I doubt anyone here is so naive to think you've somehow stumbled onto a trade and ended up with such a very high-end RC car and that are just curious to know what you have. You've precisely and clearly listed each and every component, even listing the exact servo make and model, so it's pretty clear you know what you have. Your post is a pathetic attempt to bypass the RCTech rules and you are clearly trying to sell this vehicle without the need to comply. Anyone computer literate enough to know how to find this forum knows all about Google and can figure out values themselves. Even my eight year-old grandson knows about Google and I'm sure you do as well.
