This and that....
I'm alive!! Home sweet home....feel like I've been living out of my suitcase for the last week and a half......wait a minute....I have.
Anyway, racing in Calgary was good, Stock TC was close.....very close along with some great racing in the other classes. I made the show in 12th Scale Stock, then my receiver decided to fail on the starting grid of the A-main.....waited 2 hours for that race to start, only to have made it 20' off the line and have it die......P** me Off....any way, stuff happens but managed to get the car all sorted out....pretty fast but the guys running NiMh's were 3 laps faster then the LiPo guys.....hopefully next year, round cells will be a thing of the past.
Even the playing field.
Trip to Calgary
.....for Jason and I, little bit of slushy snow at times but for the most part, just wet and bare.......Irene and Dustin........that was an adventure.....2 accidents holding up traffic, avalanche and 22 house later, they made it. 
Happy to say the roads were bare and dry for the trip last night and made it home in under 7 hours.
As for the new SpeedPassion Firmware/Software, had trouble loading it on to the computer but will try again later if I have time.....last day off before back to work but if somebody has time to figure it out I will gladly fash them up with the LCD card.....just call me.

Hey Brent glad to hear your time was good!!! too bad about that receiver thou...
as for the speedpasion stuff, I suggest reading around page 205... I believe that is where they explain alot on what to do if problems.... let me know if or when I can come up to get mine flashed up... if I had a LCD I would have been able to help you alot better..... you running XP, or vista or win 7.... seems like anything other than xp you have to do things a little differently

I texted you but I guess you didn"t get it....I run XP.....I am free today but back to work tomorrow....you still working afternoons?

something has to be done about that binding issue. is there a thread somewhere to help on this. its happen to you, jason, and greg now.
id email spectrium and see what can be done, or if you can exchange the reciever for a new one.
Blain are you going to brents house? i just talked to him he said tomorrow. take mine with you if you are going.

looper - it may have vaporized after it was loaned to the ROCk for club cup. 
Brent was having a different problem than me and than Greg. i'm leaning towards a bad wire somewhere
I only have a problem when there is a certain radio around when I turn on my M11...I have a solution, I just turn on a heat early and its all good.
Greg crapped out after an impact.
And yes, we all should probably have a chat with Spektrum about it.
Offroad will probably be discussed a bit at our banquet/end season dinner thing. But feel free to start chatting on here now about it.
To do's:
a pre-season work party (ruts, Big O pipe, sweep, etc.)
discuss any layout changes/upgrades
facility upgrades and maintenance (roof the RD booth)
figure out what we need from indoors outdoors
planned outdoor events (CORCS, EDC by IRC, and Fall Classic)
Elections for club executive (Prez, treasurer, Onroad Director, Offroad director)

Id also like to add. I know sometimes there is fusterations in the RC life. And sometimes its hard to wait for something to get brought in. But id like to say I ordered a Pricey item from "Ren/jason" and it came in with in a reasonable time.
Now please, I beg get me a losi 8e2.0 body. highperformace has to have one.... Dammit Horizon... I dont want to wait over a month!!

wierd...i've had my spektrum for awhile now and never and a binding issue or had to rebind because of a hard hit or whatever....even the m11 that i traded with tim was fine....not sure what's going on there....wierd
Do you guys open them and clean them once in awhile. with outdoor you will get fine dirt in the reciever. even carpet lint....lol
