Snarky PMs are not the way to go about it. How about a simple "Hey Matt, we're already running that day."

Why would CARCAR wanna run the same day?! One can only assume Matt didn't see your mention of possibly running that day in a post days earlier.

sure, I could have done that, but it was too late and at that point I was feeling snarky. Personally, I thought my PM had the right combination of frustration, arrogance, and sarcasm.

As an outside observer these days, it seems to me that a race day is what's needed.
CARCAR have the track its all ready to go and apparently everyone is welcome. Proceeds to the food bank at Christmas. It's very hard to see a downside.

For me it's not KARZ unless it's Huntington and that's not an option at the moment.

To reach Trump's level you need to be delivering a speech about removing illegals while standing on a stage built by illegals you hired, because they were cheaper, while bragging about the day you invented the question mark and video games.

With respect Scott, this is hardly a race day. I get that Karz is working to get a venue in place but without a schedule, its hard for the community to plan.

I can think of 2 families that haven't raced yet this season, and yet Carcar is in its third month of the season. A better solution is needed. Thanks to Matt and Carcar for offering a single race day a month to help families race.

Brad, Scott and the entire crew should come. You could have a race day where you just race. No lugging stuff around or setting up. It'd be fun. Seriously, let's get this back on track..

I think everyone needs to take a walk and remember this is a community and yes arguments happen but we all love the sport.

I know both my daughter and myself would love to get out racing. We missed the last Karz race due to a very important birthday party. but with no quick option and carcar only trying once a month as well the family racing is seeming to be dead this year which is very unfortunate.

I have a Tamiya Mini that I'd like to donate to the Buddy Driver program. No Radio, but it has silver can motor, speedo - I believe the receiver and the servo have been plucked from it.

Also has the Karz/Trukz website gone down??
I can't seem to find it anymore..

Hello

The clubs main focus right now is the Trukz indoor clay offroad track. We have a new website up at TRUKZ RC Raceway.

There is still some work being done with KARZ behind the scenes, but no races scheduled at the moment.

If you would like to donate a mini, we would be glad to have it for the buddy program (which will continue at KARZ).

I can meet you somewhere, or you can bring it out to a TRUKZ race day.

Let me know what is easiest for you.

Thanks

Aaron
