2006 RC ShowOff @ Driven to Perform Vancouver JUNE23-24
 

Hey Guys I just want to get things going for this coming event......

JUNE 23rd. - JUNE 24th.

BC PLACE STADIUM

CLASSES FOR THIS EVENT:
TOURING MODIFIED........OPEN, FOAM
TOURING 19TURN SPEC...RUBBER
TOURING STOCK SPEC....RUBBER
1/12 SCALE MODIFIED....FOAM
DRIFT SPEC.................(EXHIBITION ONLY)

$30.00 for 1st. class
$15.00 for 2nd. class

JUNE 23rd:
set up will be noon till 4pm
open practice for all competitors 4pm - 11pm

JUNE 24th:
all competitors are welcome at 9am
all qualifiers and single mains will be run the whole day.
12pm till 9:30pm
Awards will be on the Main stage at 10pm

We will be taking breaks between rounds to soak up all the other events happening around us........ :sneaky: :nod:

I am looking for DRIFTERS wanting to either run in a class or stirctly for exhibition. The more the merrier.

I'm going to attend the DTP in Calgary June 10th. Any one wanna come?

Hey Jess, We ran foam in 19 turn for all of carpet season. Why change it to rubber for just one event. Just wondering. I would like to run 2 classes but this way I can't.

We are just going with what we saw at the last race. There seemed to be more interest in guys running rubber in 19class then there were foam.
I beleive by Saturday we had only 3 entered in 19 foam. What ever works man.
Put it this way, if a whole wack of you guys wanna run foam in 19 then run. I'm not gonna stop you. Foam was faster. I was there dood. :nod:

Right now it may be rubber but who knows, by the time the event comes, it might just be back to foam, I'm just taking it day by day

What I'd like to do first is try to get a class going if not then it will be demo's between each round we go through.

Stock/19t and drift
 

I'm in for either stock or 19t (rubber), not sure which yet. But I'm definitely in for some drifting action. Gotta make me a new set of drift tires!

Don't worry I will loctite my wheel nuts and we will have some team driving in the mains :p

We'll see what happen, it's been 2-0 so far :D
