I also have a couple more questions: Do we need to bring our own table/chair? Will there be a plugin for chargers, etc? Is it safe to leave our stuff there over night? Should we bring our stuff on thursday when we set up or on friday morning? Thanx.

Ry I have registered you with Gary so if you cant make it the Monday before World of Wheels, that is fine. All that matters is that you are there Thurs to help move down to the grounds. In past years I believe we met at the sports car club at about 5:30 or 6:00 pm Gary can verify that for sure. You will have to have payment with you on thurs though so you can get your passes to get in. What most of us do is pack all of our stuff down on thurs also. Once all your stuff is there it is there for the entire weekend, this is purely for security reasons. You can bring it in on the Friday, but it is usually easier on Thursday.
If you have any questions just give me a call.

World of Wheels has a policy that everything that comes in on Thurs or Friday stays until Sunday. Just so things dont go walking, they will not let you carry anything out of the show. Its good so you dont have to worry about things getting ripped off. You will have lots of time to charge batteries before racing. alot of guys will have chargers there if needed.
The smaller the table the better, there is limited space at the building, usually a four foot table or so is plenty.
