The Thompson Valley R/C Race Club is once again proud to present its leg of the PROTOform WCICS Series held here in the Tournament Capital City of Canada, Kamloops, BC. This event will take place on the Basketball Courts at the Tournament Capital Centre. We have a large dedicated pit area on the North Court, directly adjacent to the track. Please be sure to register on wcics.ca and sign up to take advantage of all the great features. :)

84’X36' CRC FT2 Black Carpet with Clik Trak Barrier System
Dedicated Pitt Area
AMBrc (RC4 Supported)
RC Scoring Pro
Tables and Chairs provided along with a 110V cheater board.
Long extension cords are encouraged.

12th Scale 13.5 Stripe Tire
12th Scale Mod, Open ESC/Motor/Tire
WCICS Scale Spec 21.5, Mixed CTA/USGT/GT
Tamiya Mini (Spec Orca or Sky RC Motor)
Formula 1 21.5

Touring classes require the use of the provided Sweep QTS32BK “True Black” handout tire at $35 CAD
12th Scale 13.5 requires the use of the purple stripe spec tire (racers must provide their own purple stripe tires).

Demo Classes:

RCar - 17 T Brushed Motor, NiMh Battery Pack, 190 TC Body Shell and Spec Rubber Tires. Please see Jason Mardon for more details on this club level class.
Euro Truck - West Coast Rules (Can be posted if not known)

9:00PM – 9:15 Drivers Meeting & Concourse
9:15PM – 10:00 Open Practice and Registration

Saturday, March 3rd
7:30AM – 8:45AM Open Practice and Registration
9:00AM – Qualifying Begins, 3 Rounds with resort after each round.
Open Practice after the 3rd Round

Sunday, March 4th
7:30AM – 8:45AM Open Practice
9:00AM – Mains

Various restaurants, fast food places as well as department/grocery stores are all within 5 min from the track.

Suggested rules for Euro Truck:

Kit built as per instructions using all kit parts only, plus bearings, CA glue on sidewalls as needed.

No upside down shocks, putty diff, added weight anywhere.

It's meant to be fun guys, and it isn't when you turn it into locked diff mini-ville again.

As I believe the clubs "Demo Class" is Rcar

But don't quote me. This could change with entries But as far as I know each club is only allowed to host one demo class per event. But Brent has it listed. So what do I know

It should run as a replacement class for the non existant WGT class.

It could possibly be ran as that. But WGT is Not an official class this year. Lol
I would even help support this class if I can find stock anywhere

Just wanting to clear up the ruling. Not trying to crush any "hero truck " dreams

Classes listed in the initial post are correct. RCar and Euro Truck will be offered at this event.

When registering on WCICS, please use WGT for Euro Truck and "Demo" for RCar.

I want to reiterate Euro Truck rules. Trucks must be built per instructions. ...if not, I'll be taking them apart and building without instructions. Meant to be fun and box stock.

what kind of motor do you need for this rcar class? I have a old school Tamiya I would like to run on a track.

spec tires I assume as in the wcics tires?
