It's about cost, the Inland Empire will cost way less than Orange Co or LA. Looking for inexpensive space will be very difficult, I see lots of closed spaces in Corona Ca, shut down Kmart and also a empty strip mall that had a grocery store in it that has een closed since I've lived here.

And everyone would like to see a carpet off-road track but there was one upen in the High Desert but know one went, this is about location and will the talkers support a new shop?

Thanks for the input. With the news of Motorhead closing down I just might have to consider the Riverside Area.
