Here's what's taking up my spare time now..A Tyrrell 003... It's one of my three favorite F1 cars of all time so I'm a little over the moon about it. It has lots of parts that currently don't fit as well as I would like but it's nearly there.

The original "Lotus" body isn't being produced for the time being but will be back better than ever! A Gurney Eagle and Honda RA300 should be currently available. You'll need to get some 1/4 inch aluminum tubing to finish off the exhaust pipes.

(If anyone "needs" a Lotus, I have an extra!)

And an overall picture, that is now outdated as I added some details in the meantime.

This is a trailer for what I assume is to be a great new racing sim with vintage and newer F1 cars...

I think I can take credit for incorporating 60's and modern day F1 cars in the same game. Waaaay back in the early 90's I was the lead artist and did additional game design for the Virtua Racing port for the Sega Saturn.....Back in the days before texture mapping, real time lighting and normal maps; solid colored, low polygon models were the bees knees! UGH...we've come a long way.
