Another great JBRL round at SDRC. 284 entries and great racing. Thanks to SDRC for a great facility. Traction was great all day. Layout took a little while to get but was a ton of fun. Thanks to Scott and his crew for hosting another great event. Thanks to Jimmy and the JBRL crew for running a smooth show once again and getting us out at a good time.

Great videos as always Martin.

I have a couple questions,
1. At SDRC we ran 12 car mains except for 1/8 scale, is the rest of the series going to run 12 car mains?

2. I noticed Rainman's hobbies in bakersfield is opening a new indoor track, is the JBRL race going to be at the new track?

SDRC was fun, good show.

1. Jimmy will run 12 car heats/mains if the track size is large enough. Although I have to say, things were getting a little cramped in my Stock Truck qualifier. At one point I caught up to a pack of 5-6 trucks and it was difficult to pass cleanly.

2. Jimmy did announce that the plan was to hold the JBRL round at the new indoor track.

As far as rainmans don't worry about 12 in a race. They won't be able too. I think max will be like 8. They said the track was going to be the same LxW' as the old one which is 20'x85'. We squeezed 8-9 cars on.

The old track was wider then 20 feet. We ran 10 cars on the outdoor track.

We only run 12 cars when the track allows. Last year in San Diego we were able to run 12 cars since the track was so wide and big. Based on last year I pre planned on doing 12 again which we did. I only do that to help with time and to get everyone out at a decent hour. I believe that was the only track we did 12 cars, all the rest were 10 car mains. Palm Desert might be 12 cars based on what the layout looks like.
