The track had its first official race yesterday and we had a great turnout of guys for some carpet oval racing. Had right around 50 entries and will now be working on laying out the carpet offroad. We should be open on the Sunday 27th for open offroad practice.

Hey Greg, We are not really sure what the onroad crowd is going to run since neither me nor Zack have run any onroad in a while. There has been some interest from a group in tulare/visalia about onroad so more than likely anything that they have been running. 12th scale has been thrown around as a possibility but pretty much the first time it will be whatever anyone shows up with 3 or more to run. I will have a better idea when we get closer to running the onroad. Look forward to seeing you make it out.

Well said,

I have heard that World GT class would be a good starting point for most people getting into it....so I would assume that class along with 12th scale and maybe a slow touring car class. The track is good size but with it being carpet and all the grip I think touring cars with slower motors rather than 4.5-7.5(the norm) will be a lot more fun!

Come by and check it out Greg!!!

Hey David, Congrats on the new track. I might have to head over there if you are going to run onroad and race/hangout sometime. Keep us updated.
