Yep, there is truth to it. . . . . . but don't tell anyone else, things are in the final stages.

Why? There's already too many tracks to be supported by the local racers. Why not show support for the existing tracks like Cal / TQ and West Coast.?

Because I don't have too.

I'm sure you will never visit the facility but if you do, you will understand why everyone drives by the State Line to get to Las Vegas, besides it is an INDOOR Onroad Nitro facility as well as electric.

too cool...a track to race my new nitro car on, with other nitro cars, within sane driving distances of my house. Nice to have that option.

Default BCRII

OK, this is were we stand on BCRII.

The Air Filtration system has been installed in the building and the City Inspector has inspected the place. PASSED. the only problem is the DB of the vehichles which were considered but we didn't think would be a big deal.

The Inspector called a buddy who came to the facility and performed a DB sound test. it appears we could only run five 8th scale cars at a time to stay within the DB range. My business partner and family who will be operating the skateboard facility wants to pull the plug as we only have 15 days to get authorization from the city or walk away from the deal.

I'm in need of about 17 guys with Nitro Cars and trucks to assist in the testing of the facility. Please send me an email for additional information.
We are looking to open the doors for this testing section next Saturday 10/23/2010.

You might try contacting the Kamkazi crew---they may have enough guys to be able to help you out. Nitro cars ARE noisy---they don't have any real muffling like 1/5 scale cars do. Their really noisy--I don't think without running some type of additional muffler--that you'll be able to run nitro cars in a warehouse. But--good luck with your test.
