Figured with all their buisness (PP) and where all they are accepted, they would have a better system down, look at how quick the Banks can help - I know they have a system, yet its great customer service, and could be expected, given that the transactions are larger to some extent here on RcTech.

YES!!! - from what I hear they have made it harder for Sellers on eBay to get your money, in that you have to wait until you receive your feedback or review or whatever. Using Paypal outside of eBay, of course if you want to dispute something, now it is made harder for you to ensure that you are being clear and concise with your greivance, yet then you have to follow up numerous times yourself, rather than Paypal following through for you.

Not quite sure whats happened. Im issuing refunds currently,
So far refunded was Scott for $90
I'm trying to refund everyone else however paypal seems to be acting up, my paypal accoount was deep in the negative bc they were holding the funds yall sent me. I've added the fund to my acct now it not lettin me refund the rest of yall?

Got my refund. Your account might be all messed up cuz everyone made claims. You might want to contact paypal. "IF" your account was hacked.

I think everyone that paid you sent out back to back emails, PM's and test messaging without any response.
