Bad trader Racers09

There's a user on rctech that is trying to sell stuff but not shipping in my case and in another case, the user tried to sell a buggy, when they sent pics the potential buyer noticed that all the pics were not of the same buggy. I gave negative feedback for the individual but how else can we protect people from this user?
