Tim Barth rip-off
Well, this sucks for me. I bought a bunch of electronics from Tim, and when I finally got the shipment it is a bunch of crap - not even close to what he advertised for sale. Here is part of the message that I just sent to him:
Tim - I received the electronics late last week, but they do not match what you said you were selling. Based on the original thread:
http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthread.php?t=84700
I was expecting:
1) Team Orion 10x2
2) Team Orion 10x2
3) Team Orion 11x2
4) Team Orion 14x2
5) Team Orion 21x1
6) Tekin 411 No motor limit ESC
7) Fantom 10x2
8) Fantom 10x2
What I received is:
1) Fantom 13x2
2) Epic D4 (not sure what wind it is)
3) Speed Spec 21x2
4) Motor with no label 27T
5) GM Racing V3R ESC max 18T motor limit
If I do not hear back from him, I will take the next steps with Paypal and everyone else that I can get involved.

Here is the problem with PayPal. Unless you pay the additional PayPal guarantee they will not get involved as long as you received a package from the person, even if it is not what he said it was. If the package wasn't sent via trackable method or delivery confirmation I would dbl check *wink, wink* to make sure the package you received is from the person and then file with PayPal.

i got burned by the barths a couple years ago a supposed p94 mod motor and i got a p2k2 with a mod arm in it 8 months later. The first thing i did with the motor was trash it, it was in terrible shape and the arm was worse. Thats equal value
