The seller has the buyers money. What's to stop him from blowing buyer off, which it sounds like he's done, and turning around and collecting the insurance also?

Sorry to necro an old thread - well, not really. This guy PM'd me to buy my rims I have for sale, and just would like to say thanks for posting this thread. It led me to steer WAY clear of this guy.
