Buddy finally responded https://www.facebook.com/groups/BadG...radesFeedback/
Guess he decided that he is not gonna make any other attempts at fixing this.
He claims that he is the victim in this situation. I would like to think we are both the victims, but as I sit here and realize, he isn't the one who is out everything. He may have sent all the items agreed upon in our trade, but I never received them. He got my Mamba2 combo, he also sold the motor, so he also got more money out of the deal. Im left with only $50. No Mamba2 combo, no Losi Mini8. Guess I should feel grateful that I got the $50.
What I dont understand is how he's the victim though. I have solid proof that the package arrived to me open and empty. Its all in the pics. Negative is what he will be getting from me, PERIOD!

Negative feedback left for him. Not even man enough to talk to me personally about this. I just cant get over the fact that he feels he is the victim. Explain to me Robert how you are the victim????? Who came out on top in this deal? As I said, thanks for the shaft.

Added him to ignore list. Not the mature way to deal with this.

Not sure why he wouldn't post in here to defend himself or say his peace. I read his comment on his mamba for sale thread. If the deal didn't happen through rctech but through one of the other sites the two of you buy/sell, you can't leave feedback here.

He made a choice to under-insure the package to save a few bucks.. Then something happened that left him depending on that insurance.

100% his fault, no exception to that, he failed to make good in the end and negative feedback it should be. I would also return the box, the check and demand the deal be undone. Not likely to happen based on the image I get of him. But that would be the right thing if he could not come up with the other $200 or so to meet the value of the lost items.

Wrong or not on the USPS's part. The SELLER is 100% responsible for an item arriving to the buyer in the condition it was advertised in. This is also why it's a SELLERS responsibility to pay for insurance, because it covers them. I laugh at sellers who post "additional charge for insurance". I'm not going to pay for you to cover your butt! Now that that's covered.

This deal did start here. Look at the thread.

http://www.rctech.net/forum/r-c-item...0kv-combo.html

If not, Buddy77 wouldn't be posting "PM sent". Many deals start here and then further communication happens via email, text messages, smoke signals, whatever. So yes this is an RCTech feedback issue.

If Buddy77 chooses not to post in here, fine. But I see no reason to remove his negative feedback.

In all honesty, I've got NO use for the guy. I sent him a PM with the link to this thread. All I get back is...

"it did not happen on here and it was a problem with usps"

and the negative feedback he leaves Bud. is simply "dick"

I honestly would ban the guy but he's easier to track if I don't.

Is there any possible way I can make it more clear that you're responsible for your item getting to the other party in the way you advertise it!!??!!

FedEx, UPS, DHL, Speedy Delivery, Sail boat, Camel Back, Flying Stork, it doesn't matter.

Stupid people piss me off!

No worries, people like him don't usually last long, once they burn one person, they start doing it to others, the greed overwhelms them. I'll bet you will have another issue before too long, then you can deal with him the RCTech way.

I know I posted it, and it's here for everyone to see but I've got way too many trolls for the whole "piss me off" part to floating around in all your posts. I took the liberty of editing your sig to something a little more... "general forum" appropriate.

It was not his fault completely that UPS or USPS ( which ever ) damaged the box. If you take that much time caring for what you send, then I guess take the same about on what you receive and pay extra for the insurance.

I would guess that he dropped you from the groups and friend requests because he, like you, thought it was going to be a quick and easy deal, that turned into a nightmare. I would imagine he didn't really like you before, and constant bickering ( lack of better words ) has just intensified this.

It's some RC parts, it sucks, but just move on. What are you trying to get back out of this deal? Money? Friendship?

He actually did do as you asked. What else do you want?
