I can not dispute my paypal transaction and seller has been non repsonsive and item has not arrived.

So you paid as gift(against forum rules and paypal rules) from some one that joined 4 months ago and has 0 feedback? Nice. The only chance you have is if you paid with a CC you can contact them and get the transaction reversed. I don't care how many people say your a "good guy" or how many +feedback's you have NEVER EVER EVER pay as gift. Make sure you leave him - feedback to warn others. And make sure you put down he ripped you off for X amount. Good luck to you.

just make sure you try and resolve the issue between yourselves the best you can first.

There are sticky threads posted all over about how to greatly minimize your risk buying and selling on here. I guess nobody bothers to read them

I sent him a pm asking if it was still for sale, paypal waiting. He said it is still for sale, sent me his paypal and said he could ship monday.

First, I did get an email from bigironbullies today that said it shipped. this was only after I emailed him and pm'd that it had been 10 days since payment and it had not arrived.

As for paying as a gift payment I didn't. Or at least I don't think I did. I did pay personal to save the seller the 3% to be nice but I did not choose gift as reason for payment. Moving forward their will be no more personal payments through paypal.

No matter, if it is shipped and it arrives as stated than all is well.
