GOT SCREWED ON A DEAL!!!!!!! BUYERS DO NOT DEAL WITH A GUY LAST NAME FOSTER!!!!!!!!!!
On Tuesday December 13th i sent who claimed to be "John Foster" $100 for a DX3R + receiver.. he goes by John/Barry etc, all end with FOSTER. i DO have his cellphone Number and Paypal address, same as his person Email, his cellphone number VOICE mail says " Hey you have reached MIKE (or mark) i forget exact, 99.9% sure "mike foster" leave a message! so people please BEWARE of this guy! i know im not the only one he has screwed over! Paypal is working with multiple people to get money back from this dude. i also have the whole text conversation from START to end, all the emails he sent etc all saved into my memory. so need proof? well I GOT PROOF! he goes by Rcdad2001 on this forum!

Paid normally?.. no gift card etc. straight from bank to paypal to him... and for $100 once i sent the payment i was getting the feeling it was to good to be true... he originally offered me the DX3R + Losi8E rtr brand new ( also sent me a picture ) for $350 shipped. but i had no interest in the losi and we started talking about the dx3r, witch i did have interest in. also in the picture of the LOSI8E you can see the Dx3R in the background...

He's a Player, I have a list of deals he's been involved in, including a AMB scoring system I paid for (Over 2000.00)

Paypal keeps saying thier is a ERROR in the transaction ID?... its direct copy of the actual ID and wont file a dispute for my money back... whats going on?

what was the paypal account he used w/ you?
He had a couple w/ me, and actually sent me a type address for a non existant paypal account that I almost sent money too, but caught the typo before I sent it...
His business account was [email protected]
his other was [email protected] , but I have no doubt he's probably got dozens of bogus emails and probably unverified paypal accounts.
CALL PAYPAL on the phone
TELL THEM TO LOOK UP INFO ON BARRY m FOSTER

the emails he gave me were different than what you said... the paypal was "convenctionalhobbies" or something like that, and the personal email was different also(witch is where he sent me the pictures). im going to call paypal on monday and have a talk. il be sure to mention all his names he goes by, starting with "Barry Foster"

Got my money back, had to call Paypal. Paypal is aware of this guy and know he is out their now also. everyone be safe, and good luck on future sale's, thanks for the help also guys!
