Does anyone know 440swinger-kid? I hate to do this, but I feel I have been more then patient. Had a few transactions and even a Trade with Aaron, no issues.

Then i bought a Associated SC450 Brushless ESC for $30 on August 7th. It was suppose to be shipped, got a few excuses, computer broken, etc. then it was suppose to be shipped again and he claimed it would be delivered before the 23rd. No tracking number provided even though i asked for one several times.

I pm'ed him several times and sent a few e-mails with no response since around the 20th. Its now September 1st and I still have not received my item. In my opinion that's being more then patient, i gave him the benefit of the doubt because of our previous history.


Dont know whats going on with the guy, or why he would want to ruin his rep over a $30 ESC

At this point I just want my money back so I opened a dispute with Paypal after warning him a few days ago if I didn't get a response from him I was going to file a dispute.

Luckily I didn't pay as a gift, just a word of warning to those out there, NEVER pay as a gift, even if you've had a few deals with the same person with no issues.

Did you pay by paypal? As long as you didn't pay as a gift you can file a dispute with paypal. I would suggest doing so as you only have 45 days. If you did pay as a gift give them a call I have heard they may sometimes still open a dispute if youre nice about it and say you didnt realize you sent it as a gift.

that is odd.. Not that I've done any business with Swinger but he's on the trader feedback constantly talking about bad deals. For as often as he posts in others bad feedbacks one would think he would make every effort to clear this up.

C'mon 440, post up an apology and make it right. Things happen beyond anyones control quite often and it's ok to apologize and make it right.

I've had a few dealings with Kylar and so have you, click the old "refund" button and move on.

Edit Wow, I just realized I had a deal with slashxxt as well. C'mon! 440, help some good people out of the jam you created. Here's to hoping that Pede body (plus extras) is workin out great for you slashxxt.

Just really dont understand how some people can do this,It takes a long time to be trusted on here,and to throw it all away for $30.00. Something must be wrong with him.Hope he comes clean and you guys get the money back.

Thanks guys, doesnt make sense to me either, not really sure what his deal is, I just want my cash back.

Paypals pretty good, I escalated the dispute into a claim, i'm not waiting on this guy any longer. Hopefully they will put his account in the negative and refund me.

+1, Aaron is a super nice guy and has to be more to the story, i havent seen him get any warnings on here latley, i hope everything is ok with him and or family! im sure things will turn out well.

Well, we also need to keep in mind that the northeast was struck by a pretty bad hurricane, too. Lots of flood damage and loss of power can put a hindrance on mail, internet connection, etc. His last login shows 02-01-11, however.

Where are you getting your info? His last post was 8-19-11.

He also set his account to not show when he's online, so you can't see when his last login was. Only his last posts, which he needs to be logged in to make.
