I doubt this guy scammed you but do think he needs to file a complaint to the US post office and make a claim for lost product, and refund your money.

z400, i can tell you that you now have a negative feedback and a trader rating of 89%. this will keep most people from buying from you now. to me its not worth ruining it. if you indeed returned him his money via paypal....open up your account, go to history, and snap a pic showing where you gave him back his money and post it here. this will simply state the truth and show whose right and whose wrong here......EZ enuff, right?????

I actually believe both parties. my sister is a mailman(mail-woman) and she says there are lots of undelivered mail out there. It could have been lost in transit. if you sent it priorty mail, file an amount claim with the post master where you shipped it from. I know it's a pain in the butt but if they determine that they lost it you will get compensated. takes about two to three weeks to get an answer.
