Just curious. The dude claims he never received an item I sent him....for which he has opened a paypal claim against me and is going to trash my 100% positive feedback on ebay.
I know, I know....deleivery confirmation and insurance, but jeez. I like how paypal will rule in favor of the buyer every time even when he can't prove he didn't receive the item.
Plus, a seller can't even leave negative feedback for a buyer anymore....what a friggin racket!

It's not so much the ins. as it is del conf. You then have the proof it was delivered. My buddy had the po deliver his package to the wrong house so the seller couldn't be held responsible as he had the del. conf. The po wouldn't take care of it as there was no ins. on it but I didn't think we had to do that to get them to do thier job. They didn't even give him the del cost back.
I feel for ya bud. My only blemish was the same thing but it wasn't ebay. I couldn't find my del# so I couldn't prove it was delivered. I had to refund the money even though the guy seemed shady and I'm pretty sure he got the item.

copy of the shipping reciept ? the day it was shipped and you payed for it.

But thats what del confi is for, assurance preventing *bleep holes to screw you over.
