Default ????????????

Sounds to me like if you would just show the man some receipts he would give you the money you want. It is that simple man. Instead of calling him all these names and showing your intelligence level. Not including the late night phone calls. You bought a used car, not a new one. Be the business man you call yourself and fax the receipts over and get this stupid thread over

This thread right here is one of the reasons I never buy used r/c cars. I prefer to buy new to avoid situations like this.

Default A JOKE

You are a joke. You are saying all this about shipping that you are out of. Well who is out of it you our your friend??? Robb says he was selling it for a friend. Now all this rambling you are doing you say that he needs to call your friend. You are as big of a joke that I have seen. You bought a used truggy and think and are not happy with but still want to bad mouth someone.

If you can't afford to take risks then either buy brand new or don't buy cars that need be rehauled after 5 gallons.

Wow 3 posts, I wonder who you're friends with As for the other guy about buying used, high quality cars are sold and bought here daily, some people don't want to buy new, who cares? I sure don't! The fact is the guy lied about the quality of the car, plain and simple.

U bought USED, you did not bargain for a new car or all new parts.
if you wanted a NEW car you should have bought one.
at the very best, and only if he agreed to replace some parts, it would only seem fair that you would still be supplied with other USED parts and not new ones.
buying used comes with its inherent risks, and the primary one being that parts are going to be worn.

quit whining and get off your wallet, poney up and take it like a man

No wonder you have been banned multiple times and you have zero feedback.
as I said a long time ago in this thread, condition is totally in the eye of the beholder. what is a 5 to you is an 8 to another guy.
if you were as an experienced used car wheeler-dealer as you suggest you would understand this.

i have zero feedback because I don't buy used stuff, and if I do it would be from ebay where I would have some expectation of seeing pics beforehand.
instead I prefer to buy new because I can guarantee myself that I will get what I pay for, instead of buying used and knowing one way or another that I am buying SEP (someone else's problem).
