I found this cool little site and filed a report. I also just got off the phone with his local police and I updated the FBI site with the police report number and the name of the officer I spoke with. The officer that I spoke to in Charlotte, was a hell of a nice guy. I sent emailed him the links to all 4 sites that this has been discussed on and had him pay close attention to post #15 in the thread on UltimateRC where he threatened the life of myself and my cousin with his arsenol of weapons. He will be getting back intouch with me, and corispond with the IC3 case workers.

Thanks for the thread RCH. This nutsucker really ruins it for the good people around here. A deal is a deal. If he truly made a mistake he would have sent you the batteries by now. It's obvious after reading his childish remarks that he feels he does not need to ship you your end of the deal since he claims his cars were not mint.

Im a business owner and what my employee's do outside of work it totally 100% up to them. With that being said I would never let a turd like this use my company in his sig and smear my business through the mud. I would for sure have called his work and let his boss know, being an owner you always want to know who you really have working and representing your company.
