Thumbs down Horizon hobby customer support.

So i am over here painting a losi slider 1/10th scale sprint car shell
and i notice a couple things,, one is that the screws are not standard
or metric no hex wrench fits them, and one of the pieces for the shell is missing from the package..

So i call horizon customer support asking about the missing part.. the
guy on the phone tells me that the person that actually bought the shell
(my customer) needs to call him about the missing piece and even then he
wont be able to get one because its against their policy to send out
individual pieces like that, and no remedy was offered about the no
size hex screws.

horizon hobby support sucks balls.

i would like to say this is a joke but that would be lying. although i was kinda giggling at the absurdity of it.

broke out a dremmel and some sheet polycarbonate and made the part myself looks identical to the one on the car right now with the exception of mine being 60 thickness vs the 20 or so thickness of the original. also went to the hardware store to purchase a bunch of screws to replace the bogus ones that came with it.

as far as i am concerned, horizon now owes me money since i spent money out of pocket to correct their mistake.
