HVFracingwilly Anyone know this guy?
Anyone that knows this guy please PM me! I paid for some items he was selling and have not recieved them. He hasn't logged on this site since the day I pay-pal'ed him. But before I paid he was "bumping threads every few hours. He has not returned ANY PM's Or E-mails.
If you know of any reasons he may have dropped of the face of the eatrh please LMK.

i know who he is, he runs the races at the hobbytown in oshkosh wi.....
from what i know of him he is a stand up guy....

For those that say you know him....tell him he has ALOT OF e-mails and PM's he needs to READ TODAY.
Funny this guy has 100% feedback but I have about 8 pm's from ppl who had the EXACT problem I am having with him. But none posted any neg. feedback.
He gets paid, then falls off the face of the earth for about 4-5 months until he decides to return to "Sell" something else...
Funny thing is before being paid. He was on here "bumping" his forsale thread 2-3 times every day for almost a month.
Gets paid and BAMM he's gone...makes me think he is trying to pull something over.
His profile says he last logged in yesterday at 4:45pm. You would think that if he is logging on that he is being notified of the 4-5 PM's he has been sent.
Plus he has not read any of the 4-5 e-mails that have been sent.
Seems there are alot of red flags popping up all of a sudden on this guy....Hope I am wrong and can edit these post in the near future to a positive outcome but I have a very good feeling I am right on this guy. He is trying to pull some easy money.

Well finally after all this and filling a dispute on pay-pal I get this e-mail a few mins. ago...
"There is no excuse for my delay in shipping your car and speedo. Both items will ship today and I will issue a 50$ refund in hopes to make the situation better. Once again I am sorry and I have no excuse for the delay. I will have a number for you by 12:00"
Hope he follows thru now!

Scammed means someone paid for something and never got the goods. I don't think thats the case here. Slow shipping maybe but not scammed. I think he's a pretty stand up guy if hes sending a partial refund also for his slow shipping. You don't see that every day. anyways glad to see this being resolved.

Also looks like he made a pretty reasonable offer to you, particularly as you indicated a possible interest in tracking him down. Sounds like you're backpedaling a bit, too, now that your BS was called.
Man up...pay him a visit...and APPOLOGIZE. Like a man.
