Does anyone know Frank Harper a.k.a. IOwNMkeG?

He has all positive trader feedback but is completely flaking on his last sale. I need your help. Please give me his contact information if you have it.

He owes me 3 NIB Novak 17.5.

I placed a claim as a non-receipt with Paypal and he has till the end of this month to resolve this matter.


Here's the history:
July 5th - Sent payment via paypal
July 9th - got this pm "hey dude I am sorry I have yet had the time to ship out your motors. i am swamp at work. I should be able to get them out tomorrow as i dont have to be to work untell 10am unless i get called in. Just want to keep you up dated. and again sorry Thanks Frank"
I replied telling him I understand.

I haven't heard from him since. I've tried multiple times contacting him through pm and e-mail. I got no response.

Of course Paypal wasn't much help retrieving my money, I only got $7.19 back out of $180.
I'm pissed.

I want to bring in the local police dept. to get involved now.

It wasn't hard at all. All it took was one email and a phone call...then I had the money in my account.

Paypal will now pursue the issue with Frank Harper.
