I bought a tamiya 415msx from this chap back on 11/11/2005 and still havent recieved it, has offered a refund but i am still waiting

This car has been sendt and I have done all i can to help you to sort this out with the post, I have take houers off from woork to go to the post office and spent houers on the phone
You have been notified by the post that they have to wait on an answer for the post in Australia ( copy of that mail can be put out her)
Here is the tracking nr and receipt of the package ( se attached file)

i am not having a go at you but you havent replyed to my emails and this seems to be the only way to get you
I have filled out 2 forms with australia post in regards to this item and still havent gotten any info
i paid good money for this car as you know and i just want you to sort out something on your end

if there was insurance purchased then he should be able to get the value of what he insured by now shoulnt he?how long ago was the claim filed with the shipping service?

Grahme you been told by the post that it you how have to file a reclaim to the post throu the post in australia since it you who are the receiver and who has not recived this package!!!!!
I hva taken 4 hours off from woork without payment and spendt hours on the phone to try to help sorting this out and you try to make me look like i tryed to scamed you!!!
I have done all i can do in this case what more do you want me to do!!!!!!!

i think he is being honest man,everything kinda just falls into place,i really do think that it was the shipping company that should be the blame.hope you guys get this sorted out.

Since some of the pepole here can't read I will try to explane this again
1 Grahame has to make the claim thru the post in Australia, since they are the partner with the Norwegian post and Grahame is the reciver of the package
2 I have filed out all forma that I have goten for the post and filed in what was in the package, and got notified by the post since Grahame is the reciver that he is the one to handle the claim thru the post in Australia
3 And since grahame has his end coverd and has to make the claim shuld i pay him the money and he wil still get the refound of the claim? so i have to pay him the money and let him get the car/refound claim???
that would make a hell of a deal???????? any one else who want some rc stuff I can give away all of mine!!!!!!!! and even pay you for it!!!!!!

Did you offer him a refund at any time? A simple yes or no will suffice.
